In this safeguarding module, we will cover some of KTF’s most important policies and processes to ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals involved. The program will provide a comprehensive overview of the following key areas: - PSEAH Policy: Learn about the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment (PSEAH) Policy, its significance, and how it is implemented within the organization. - Child Protection Policy: Understand the principles and guidelines that form the foundation of KTF’s Child Protection Policy, including the responsibilities of staff and volunteers in safeguarding children. - Safeguarding Procedures: Explore the step-by-step procedures that must be followed to identify, report, and respond to safeguarding concerns, ensuring compliance with best practices and legal requirements. By the end of this module, participants will have a clear understanding of KTF’s safeguarding framework, be able to recognize potential risks, and know how to take appropriate action to protect vulnerable individuals. This self-paced program is designed for staff, volunteers, and anyone involved with KTF who is committed to maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
