Archer Reignite - keeping the learning, connection and passion alive.

The Archers’ leadership journey doesn’t end on graduation - from the program or their tertiary studies. It is just the beginning.

On completion of their 12-month formal program, Archers are inducted into the 100+ strong alumni to continue their ongoing growth and development.

Archer Gathering

The Archer Gathering brings together Archer alumni each year to reconnect, reflect, and continue their leadership journeys. Through expert-led workshops, shared stories, and peer learning, the Gathering inspires alumni to expand perspectives, challenge norms, deepen their impact, and lead meaningful change in their communities. It’s a space to strengthen networks, spark ideas, and inspire Archers to step into leadership for a better PNG.

Reignite Grants

The Archer Reignite Grants bring alumni together to co-design and deliver grassroots solutions to some of PNG’s most pressing challenges. Drawing on their collective experiences and leadership training, Archer teams pitch innovative ideas to address pressing community issues at the annual Gathering.

The successful projects receive funding, mentoring and hands-on support from KTF to take their project from concept to design, implementation and evaluation. These grants transform bold ideas into impact - led by young leaders, for their communities.

Kylie Sabarei, Archer Leader 2025, Bachelor of Law

"The Archer Leadership Program is not just a quick workshop on leadership; it's a lifestyle. This was the first thing I was introduced to by previous recipients of this program. KTF projects also aligned with the local projects I participate in, in my local community. I knew having a platform as an Archer would open doors for me to grow professionally, and in a way, I can go back and practice what I learn in my community positively. It drove me to do more in my sphere of influence, all the while doing my best in school. It motivated me to do better for myself and for those around me"
