As the sun set over Port Moresby on Friday evening, KTF celebrated the dawn of exciting pathways for a new generation of exceptional young leaders. Now in its fifteenth year, the Archer Leadership Development Program simultaneously graduated the 2024 Archer Leaders and ushered in the next cohort of final year tertiary students undertaking the program.

At our recent Wantoks & Wine event in Sydney, we debuted our 2024 video sharing our work in 2024.

This year, 12 extraordinary young leaders have been matched with 12 extraordinary experienced mentors volunteering their time to develop PNG’s leaders of tomorrow.

Dr. Genevieve Nelson, KTF CEO, and 2023 Archer Leaders Luther Temai and Courtneyella Dotson as well as 2024 Archer Leaders Solange Dawana and Taine Kassman joined Timmy at NBC radio to talk about the history of the Archer Leadership development program, graduation and induction celebrations at the 2024 Annual Archer cocktail event, experience highlights for the outgoing Archers and what the 2024 Archers hope to achieve as young leaders.
